1.) Do your vehicle(s) include SOUND SYSTEM, AIR-CONDITION, HEAT, DEPENDABLE
CHAUFFEUR & EXCELLENT PERSONALIZED SERVICE.
Also are your vintage vehicles PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED & MAINTAINED?
Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes & Yes... You can even bring along your favorite CDs (cd’s only -- ipod ok)...
Our vintage vehicles are maintained by two professional mechanics/cleaners!!
2.)
Do your vintage vehicles include a cooler (with ice) for beverages? Glasses?
Yes we do have ice available... Complimentary Chilled Champagne for bride and groom only...
Champagne glasses will be provided by chauffeur... Rolls Royce/Bentley Only!! Please Note: Champagne Toast is provided
for picture taking purposes (of course you can enjoy the complimentary beverage too)!!!
3.) What will the Chauffeur be wearing on the day of our special event?
All our professional drivers are well groomed and will be dressed in black pants and white
shirt with tie!!
4.) When is the earliest time to make a reservation for my Special Event?
Reservations should be made ASAP... Our vehicles are one-of-a-kind and are reserved
up to 2 years in advance... Please reserve well in advanced for optimum selections...
Our 1965 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud STRETCH is the ONLY one available in the USA and
highly requested!!
5.) How much of a deposit is required?
A 20% Deposit is required to reserved vehicle(s).
6.) Do I need to call
on the day of my Special Event to verify our itinerary?
Only if any changes have been made to your itinerary... Otherwise
we will use the detailed information provided in signed contract...
PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer to call to put your mind at ease then you are more than welcome to do so.
We understand that you will have many items on your mind... PEACE OF MIND IS YOUR BEST POLICY!!
7.)
Is gratuity included for the Chauffeur/Professional Driver?
Chauffeur gratuity is not included. It is appreciative & customary,
the day of special event (weddings), to pay the driver a gratuity up to $75-$100+
if you are pleased with their services... Pickup/Dropoffs $25-$50. The chauffeur would very much
appreciate that their personal service was appreciative (by providing Champagne Toast at their expense)!!
8.) Will we be
asked for directions the day of event or prior?
There will be NO telephone call confirmation prior to your special event.
All detailed information will be mapped out for driver the day of the special
event... In some cases the driver will ask you if you prefer an alternate route.
Even though our drivers are fully knowledgable of Chicago and neighboring suburbs
they may ask you how to get to a certain location... Please call ASAP if you
have any immediate changes that require alteration in the contract!!

) Is alcoholic beverages allowed in your vehicle(s)?
Adult beverages must be provided by customer... Complimentary Chilled Champagne toast
will be provided by Chauffeur for bride and groom only... Champagne glasses and beverage will be provided
by chauffeur... Rolls Royce/Bentley Only!!
10.) Is Champagne Toast and/or Red Carpet
included with the service?
Complimentary Chilled Champagne toast will be
provided by Chauffeur for bride and groom only (at chauffeur's expense)... Champagne glasses will be provided by
chauffeur... Red carpet is included if requested... Please see enclosed contract... Rolls Royce/Bentley Only!!
11.) How many passengers do your vehicles accomodate?

12.) Are we responsible for cleaning the vintage
vehicle(s) after our special event?
Our professional cleaners will take
care of the “Celebratory Festivities Aftermath”!!
13.) Do our vehicle(s) include decorations?
We prefer the bride(s)/bridesmaid(s) to supply us with their taste of decorations
as we will supply minimal decorations for
all vehicle(s) rented... We feel Plastic flowers are not classy enough :)... We do provide an option for
real flower (roses) decorations... Rolls Royce/Bentley Only... See enclosed contract!!
14.) Is it OK to ask the Chauffeur/Driver to stop at a Walgreen’s, CVS and/or grocery/liquor store?
The driver will be more than happy to make as many stops as you request during the
allotted rental time... We realize people may forget a few things and all our driver(s) will
try to be the most accomodating!!
15.) We are planning to stop at many locations to take Special
Event pictures or other. How do we handle this with the Chauffeur/Driver?
Please inform driver upon their arrival of your time schedule “itinerary”... Usually the driver
coordinates this with the photographer!!
16.) Will we be notified when the chauffeur/drivers
arrives at the initial pick-up location?
The driver WILL contact
you when arriving... He will call your cell phone mumber so please keep on. The driver usually arrives 15-60 minutes prior to your initial pickup time...
This would be a great opportunity to review your itinerary...
Please be aware of this and make sure to have yourself or
someone associated with the event to “peek” outside... If
requested the driver will be more than happy to share his cell phone number on day of
event to allow you constant contact!!
17.) Are your vehicles professionally cleaned for our event?
Yes... ALL vehicles are cleaned inside and out!!!
Actual Questions from Brides/Grooms
I also saw in the FAQ's that your drivers accomadate to taking pictures and stopping at various places,
I was just wondering if their was an extra charge for that? NO... IT'S ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!
Also, do you provide a back up vehicle in an emergency? Yes... If there is a problem we
will replace the
vehicle within 30 minutes. Last year we completed over 300+ weddings and had NO break-downs... We have 2 full-time
mechanics on call for all weddings... We are one of the rare exceptions in Chicago &/or suburbs...
Most of our competitors have no BACKUP plan (Caveat Emptor)!!
